CHAP. 164

Ellicott City, in Howard county, and where any railway
shall traverse any part of any public road or highway, or
cross any public road or highway in Howard county, the
assent of the County Commissioners of Howard county
shall first be obtained."

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 155.

AN ACT to authorize and require the County Commissioners
of Baltimore County to make a special levy of not more
than twenty cents on each one hundred dollars of the
assessable property in Tuxedo Park, in Baltimore County,
for the purpose of bettering the roads, sidewalks, sanitary
measures, drainage and other improvements in said park,
if twenty or more persons owning taxable property in said
park shall petition annually therefor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of County Commissioners shall annually

lars of the whole assessable property of Tuxedo Park, in
Baltimore county, at the time of making thfe county levy a
sum of money not exceeding the sum of twenty cents for the
use and purpose of bettering the roads, sidewalks, sanitary
measures, drainage and other improvements in said Tuxedo
Park, which shall be collected as other county taxes are
collected; that the said County Commissioners, at the time
of making the annual tax levy for the year one thousand
nine hundred and six, and each succeeding year, are hereby
authorized, directed and required to make a special annual
levy of not more than twenty cents on each one hundred
dollars of the whole assessable property situated and located
within the limits of Tuxedo Park, in Baltimore county ,
which are about thus described, to wit: Beginning for the
