warrant duly issued, to apprehend him and carry him before
a justice of the peace of Talbot county having criminal
jurisdiction.

hension and conviction of any person under this Act, the

CHAPTER 121.

AN ACT to exempt from location or appropriation for the
planting of shells or seed oysters, all grassy bottoms
under the waters of Somerset County, suitable for catching
soft shell or shedder crabs, and to forfeit all such lots as
may have been already appropriated or located for such
purpose, where no shells or seed oysters have been planted
thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
