Duty of clerk.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That out of the money received
for licenses the clerk shall pay fifty dollars into the treasury
of the State, and the remainder, after deducting the cost of
issuing said license, shall be paid to the county treasurer,
for the general fund of the county.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the provisions of this Act

shall apply to all corporations, social clubs, or associations,
whether the same shall be incorporated or not, and notwith-
standing said social club or association may only furnish
intoxicating liquors to its members.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That any person, firm, corpora-

tion, club or association who shall be convicted of selling
intoxicating liquors without license, shall be sentenced to
pay a fine of not less than four hundred dollars for each and
every offense.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts

inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same
are hereby repealed, except where the sale of liquor is now
prohibited, and this Act shall take effect from the date of its
passage, and that all the provisions of the Code of Public
General Laws for violations of the liquor laws shall be in
effect in said precincts in all respects as if this Act had not
been passed.

title "Talbot County," sub-title "License," to be num-
bered Sections 127 A, 127 B, 127 C, 127 D, 127 E, 127 F,
127 G and 127 H.

or place of business within Talbot county, and using therein
