of Chapter 84 and of Chapter 265 (duplicate Acts) of the Acts
of 1902 of the General Assembly of Maryland ; and to enact in
lieu of said sections four sections to be numbered 124, 125, 126
and 127 of the said Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Talbot County," and to be and come under
the sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks," and being an
