Contingent
funds.

for the contingent fund of the Court of Appeals, sixteen
hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary ; for the contingent fund of the Attorney General,
for printing and traveling expenses, clerical services, sta-
tionery, postage and other necessary expenses, thirteen
hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary ;
for the contingent fund of the board of public works, five
thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary ;
said amount to be expended under the direction and control
of said board, to be used for repairs to State property and
other necessary expenses ; for the contingent fund of the
State Librarian, for porterage, postage, freight, purchase of
stationery and other incidental expenses, five hundred dol-
lars, or so much thereof as may be necessary ; said contin-
gent funds to be paid upon proper vouchers exhibited to the
Comptroller, an itemized account of which shall be pub-
lished by each department.

as may be necessary ; to the State librarian, for the expenses
and shipments of Acts of Assembly, reports and documents
of the Session of 1908, three hundred and fifty dollars, or

warehouse lots in Baltimore city four hundred and fifty-
eight dollars and eleven cents ; for the salaries of two-
inspectors of steam boilers in the city of Baltimore, fifteen
hundred dollars each, three thousand dollars ; for the salary
of mine inspector in Allegany and Garrett counties, fifteen
hundred dollars ; for necessary stationery and office supplies
one hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary ; for the rent of the boxes in some safe deposit com-
pany, for the use of the treasury department, two hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary ; for
insurance on public buildings of the State and on the per-
sonal property thereto belonging, the sum of ten thousand
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary.
