dollars and sixty-six cents, that then the Mayor and City
Council will, whenever and as often as such deficit shall
occur, levy upon the assessable property of said city and
collect a sum, which with the sum received by virtue of said
Section 192 (if any), will amount to said one hundred and
sixty-six dollars and sixty-six cents, and place the same in
said sinking fund, and the provisions of this section and the
obligation of the Mayor and City Council of Havre de
Grace hereunder shall enure to the benefit of the present and
every future holder of said bonds, and shall be consid-
ered as a part of the obligation of said city expressed on
said bonds.

CHAP. 110

Levy to be
made.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts in
conflict with this Act, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 111.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
197 of Article 4, entitled "City of Baltimore," of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, relating to the
City Librarian.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 1.97 of Article 4, entitled " City of Balti-
more," of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows :
197. Each of the departments, sub-departments, municipal

officers not embraced in a department and special commis-
sions or boards of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
shall, on or before the first day of December in every year,
furnish to the City Librarian a schedule of all stationery
and printed matter which may be required for the use of
such departments, sub-departments, municipal officers and
commissions or boards for the year commencing on the first
day of January thereafter. It shall be the duty of the City
