depositors and creditors of said corporation, the said Citizens'
Savings bank of Thurmont, Frederick county, Maryland, if
necessary, to pay the debts of said corporation.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 816.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the School Commis-
sioners of Montgomery County, Maryland, to build a new
school building in Clarksburg of said County, and to pur-
chase a new site for said building.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the school commissioners of Montgomery county
are hereby empowered and directed to build a new and suit-
able school building in Clarksburg, of said county, to pur-
chase land suitable for a site for said building, and to com-
plete the same not later than January 1, 1907.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 817. '
AN ACT to repeal Section 9 of Chapter 199 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland for the Session of
1904, entitled "An Act to create the office of Treasurer
for Charles County, and to provide for the Collection of
Taxes therein," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to add a new section to said Act, to be known
as Section 10.
