for the fiscal year 1908 ; provided, one free scholar be
received from each county of the State, and one from each
legislative district of Baltimore city, to be selected by the
school commissioners of the counties and Baltimore city,
respectively.
15. To the Home of the Friendless of Baltimore City, the
sum of three thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1907, and
the like sum of three thousand dollars for the fiscal year
1908.
16. To the House of the Good Shepherd, the sum of three
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1907, and the like sum
of three thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1908 ; to be
issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 328 of
Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws.
17. To the Hospital for the Women of Maryland, the sum
of four thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1907, and the
like sum of four thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1908.
18. To the St. Mary's Female Orphan Asylum of Balti-
more, the sum of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year
1907, and the like sum of five thousand dollars for the fiscal
year 1908.
19. To St. Mary's Industrial School, the sum of twenty
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1907, and the like sum
of twenty thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1908.
20. To the Baltimore City Hospital, the sum of ten thou-
sand dollars for the fiscal year 1907, and the like sum of
ten thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1908 ; provided, the
said Baltimore City Hospital shall furnish one bed, main-
tenance and treatment for one patient at a time from each
senatorial district of the State of Maryland during two years
from the date of the passage of this Act.
21. To the Home of the Friendless Children of the East-
ern Shore of Maryland, the sum of one thousand dollars for
the fiscal year 1907, and the like sum of one thousand dol-
lars for the fiscal year 1908.
22. To St. Agnes Hospital, the sum of three thousand
dollars for the fiscal year 1907, and the like sum of three
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1908.
23. To the Baltimore Day Nursery, the sum of fifteen
hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1907, and the like sum
of fifteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1908.
