next succeeding the levy a discount of two per cent, shall
be allowed, and all taxes paid before the last day of Sep-
tember a discount of one per cent, shall be allowed; and the
county treasurer shall take the discount from the tax bills
for county purposes regularly in the manner aforesaid, and
shall note the same upon his book, and upon the receipt
given for taxes so paid; but the discount allowed on county
taxes by this section as on State taxes provided by law shall
not be made to any person or set of persons, or corporate
institutions unless the whole amount of State and county
taxes due by such person, set of persons or corporate insti-
tution, for the current year, be paid at the time of making
of such discount.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 106.

AN ACT to change the boundary lines between the First
and Thirteenth Election Districts of Baltimore County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That the line between the First and Thirteenth Election
Districts of Baltimore county as now laid down be changed,
and that the line which shall hereafter divide said districts
shall be as follows: Beginning for the same at the intersec-
tion of the southern boundary line of Baltimore city with
the south side of Wilkens avenue, as now laid out and
existing, and running thence westerly with the south side of
said Wilkens avenue to the point at which the present boun-
dary line, going southwest, leaves said Wilkeus avenue, and
thence following said line, as it now exists, to the Patapsco
river.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Board of Supervisors

of Elections of Baltimore county shall cause to be stricken
from the list of qualified voters on the registration books
thereof the names of all persons residing within the limits
of that portion of the Thirteenth Election District hereby
placed in the First Election District, and shall cause such
names so stricken off as aforesaid to be transcribed to the
registration books of the fourth precinct of the First Elec-
tion District of said county.
