daries of the town, nor personal property only construc-
tively within the town, though owned by persons residing
in it; and provided further, that in assessing any of the
lands within the town which may be occupied and used as
farms, or may be a part or parts of farms, such land shall
be valued and assessed as lots of ten acres of ground with
the building and improvements thereon, and shall not be
assessed. in value by the number of acres therein.
Section 190. Said commissioners shall consist of five per-
sons, who shall be male citizens of the United States, at

least twenty-five years of age and bona fide residents of said
town for at least two years next preceding the date of their
election; and all male inhabitants of the town, citizens of
the United States, above twenty-one years of age, who shall
have bona fide resided in said town for two years next pre-
ceding the election at which they shall offer to vote, shall be
entitled to vote for the said commissioners by ballot on the
third Monday in March annually, at the town hall, in said
town.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from date of its passage.

CHAPTER 752.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
25, 25 A, and 25 C, of Article 19 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "St. Mary's County," sub-title "County
Treasurer," as amended by Chapter 346 of the Acts of
Assembly of 1902.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
