examination or without examination, as provided in Sections
3, 4, 5 and 6 of this Act, shall be entitled to the same regis-

tration, the same examinations and the same certificates as
are made, given or granted to applicants from counties other
than Talbot county; and the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is
hereby authorized and directed to give said examinations, to
issue said certificates and to make said registrations in the
same manner and to the same effect as are or have been given,
issued and made of and to applicants from counties of this
State other than Talbot county.
SEC. 14. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 572.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Section
50 of Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws -of
Maryland, title " Charles County," sub-title " County
Commissioners and County Treasurer," and also to repeal
Section 51 of the said Article, and the said Section 51 as
repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 384 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1902; also to repeal Section 54
of the aforesaid article, and the same as repealed and
re-enacted by Section 54 of Chapter 384 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1902, and to repeal and re-enact
with amendments Section 55 of the aforesaid Article 9 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
" Charles County," sub-title " County Commissioners and
County Treasurer."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 50 of Article 9 of the Code of Public

be liable to removal by the said commissioners, who shall fill
