boxes, books of registry, poll books, stationery and the
necessary blanks, in such manner as the supervisors shall
hereafter direct. The ballot boxes shall be locked with the
key in the lock and contain therein both sets of official
ballots, one package of said political party to go in each box,
together with such other election paraphernalia as the super-
visors may hereafter decide upon. The ballots shall be
printed without coupon and are to be indorsed on the back :
The official ballot of the primary election of Harford county
(the third Saturday in June, with the year it is held), and
shall bear the fac-simile of the signature of the president of
the board of supervisors of elections of Harford county. In

known as the Crawford county system, the names are to be
arranged so that the voter can indicate his choice of the
different candidates by marking out the names of those for
