SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 546.
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to a deed and conveyance from
Christian Uphoff to August Uphoff, Charles Klenk and

other trustees of the German Independent Evangelical
Lutheran St. Petri Church of Balimore city, of the lease-
hold estate in a certain lot of ground and improvements,
situated on the north side of Eager street, in Baltimore
city, Maryland, commencing one hundred and twelve feet
east of Broadway, and fully described by metes and
bounds in said deed, dated October 27, 1890, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City, in Liber J. B.,
No. 1316, folio 117, &c.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly


of Maryland is hereby given to a deed and conveyance from
Christian Uphoff to August Uphoff, Charles Klenk and
others, trustees of the German Independent Evangelical
Lutheran St. Petri Church of Baltimore city, of the lease-
hold estate in a certain lot of ground and improvements
situated on the north side of Eager street, in Baltimore city,
Maryland, commencing one hundred and twelve feet east of
Broadway, and fully described by metes and bounds in said
deed, dated October 27, 1890, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B., No. 1316, folio
117, &c.
