Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given,
granted and declared to the devise and bequest made by and
contained in the last will and testament of Mary C. Baldner,
late of Frederick county, deceased, to the ''Trustees of the
Old Order of the German Baptist Church or Congregation,"
known as the Beaver Dam Stone Church, situate in Johnsville
Election District, Frederick county, Maryland, in trust, the
one-third of the sale of all the property of which the said
Mary C. Baldner died seized and possessed, of every kind and
description not otherwise disposed of in said last will and
testament.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 6.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of Washington County to levy a. sum of money to refund to
Emma K. Martin, of said county, certain taxes erroneously
paid by her.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by, the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Washington
county be and they are hereby authorized and directed to levy
for the use of Emma K. Martin, of said county, the sum of
twelve dollars, the amount of county taxes paid erroneously
by her for the year nineteen hundred. and one.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with, amendments Section 15
of Chapter 453 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1898, entitled "An Act to incorporate the
town of Garrett Park, in Montgomery county, Maryland."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That section 15 of chapter 453 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1898, entitled "An Act to
incorporate the town of Garrett Park, in Montgomery county,
Maryland," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments so as to read as follows:
