notice of revocation of license shall have been delivered or
mailed to any person, said party shall have the right of appeal
to the Circuit Court of the city or county wherein he may
reside, the judge or judges of which said Court shall fully
hear and determine all matters connected with the action of
said board from which appeal is taken, and the decision of
said Court shall be final ; should no such appeal be taken
within sixty days, or should said appeal result in the affirma-
tion of the action of said board, the clerk of the Circuit Court
or Courts where said license so revoked shall have been
recorded shall, upon due notice from the secretary-treasurer of
said board, strike off the name of said party from the list of
licensed practitioners recorded upon said register. At any
time within two years from the revocation of any license, the
board revoking same may, by a vote of five members, issue
without examination a new license to the person whose license
was so revoked ; but after the expiration of two years such
person can obtain a new license only by compliance with the
same requirements which are imposed on other applicants for
licenses under this Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 613.

AN ACT to repeal Section 102 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title
"Brooklyn," as the same was enacted by the Acts of 1894,
Chapter 414, and to repeal Sections 103 and 104 of said
Article, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

CHAP. 612.

Right
of appeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 102 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title
"Brooklyn," as the same was amended and enacted by the
Acts of 1894, chapter 414, and that sections 103 and 104 of
said Article be and the same are hereby repealed and re enacted,
so as to read as follows :

Repeal
and re-enact.

102. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel county
are hereby directed to appoint five policemen for the better
protection of persons and property in Anne Arundel county ;
which policemen shall be stationed, at the discretion of said
County Commissioners, at Brooklyn, Curtis Bay and Sooth
Baltimore, and such other places in the fifth election district
of said county as the said commissioners may deem proper,
