taxation for State purposes, and the coupons for interest due
on said bonds shall be received by the collector of taxes for
said corporation in payment of municipal taxes.
SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 74.
AN ACT to amend the charter of the proprietors of Green
mount Cemetery by authorizing the increase of the perma-
nent fund for the maintenance thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the charter of the proprietors of Greenmount
Cemetery be and the same is hereby amended so as to author-
ize the proprietors of Greemount Cemetery to set aside and
invest for the future maintenance thereof, and the care and
preservation of the same, a fund not exceeding four hundred
thousand dollars ; provided, however, that nothing contained
in this section shall in any manner impose any additional
burden or expense upon the present lot holders of the said
cemetery company.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT authorizing the Dundalk, Sparrow's Point and.
North Point Railway Company of Baltimore County to
build a bridge across Bear Creek.

hereby authorized to build a bridge over Bear creek to connect
its road with Sparrow's Point.
