CHAPTER 562.
AN ACT to forfeit the license of any person, persons or cor-
poration to sell spirituous, malt or fermented liquors at the
Chesapeake Junction or District Line, in Prince George's
County, Maryland, who shall be convicted of selling spirit-
uous, malt or fermented liquors on Sunday.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That any person, persons or corporation who shall
hereafter be convicted of hereafter selling any spirituous, malt
or intoxicating liquor or liquors at or within one mile in every
direction from that place in Prince George's county, Mary-
land, known as the District Line or Chesapeake Junction, said
place being at the eastern corner of the District of Columbia,
on the Sabbath day, commonly called Sunday, shall forfeit
his license to sell such liquor or liquors, and the Circuit Court
for Prince George's county is hereby authorized and directed
to revoke the license of such person, persons or corporation so
convicted, and it shall be unlawful for the clerk of the Circuit
Court for Prince George's county, Maryland, to issue any such
license at any time to any person, persons or corporation so
convicted as aforesaid, after the time of such conviction.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 563.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Talbot
County to provide compensation for the drafting of the
law creating the office of County Treasurer of Talbot
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Talbot county
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to pay the
sum of one hundred and fifty dollars for legal services in the
preparation of the law passed at the January, 1900, Session of
the General Assembly of Maryland, creating the office of county
treasurer of Talbot county, and for services in preparing
amendments to the said law as introduced at the January
Session, 1902, of the General Assembly of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
