CHAPTER 68.
AN ACT to repeal Section 42 of Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," sub-title "Birds
and Game," as enacted by Chapter 139 of the Acts of 1894,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 42 of article 13 of the Code of

and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments so as to read as follows :
Section 42. It shall not be lawful to shoot, trap, maime or
kill, nor in any manner injure, destroy or expose for sale any
partridge, pheasant, robin, rabbit or woodcock in Harford

November, nor on the day fixed by law for holding general
elections in the month of November ; nor any rail birds or reed
birds between the first day of December and the first day of
September; and the possession of any of the birds or game
mentioned in this section, during the prohibited periods shall
be deemed prima facia evidence against bhe person having
such possession of a violation of this section, except when it
may appear that such birds or game are for breeding purposes.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

AN ACT to add an additional Section to Article 43 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Health," sub-title
"Inspection of Food and Drink," as provided by Chapter
604 of the Acts of 1890, to follow Section 55, and to be
known as Section 55 A.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Game law.

Maryland, That an additional section is hereby added to
article 43 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Health,"
sub-title "Inspection of Food and Drink," to follow section
- 55, as provided in chapter 604 in the Acts of 1890, and to be
known as section 55 A, to read as follows :
