City, the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars for the fiscal year
nineteen hundred and three, and the like sum of twenty-five
hundred dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and four.
10. To the Hebrew Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City, the
sum of twenty-five hundred dollars for the fiscal year nineteen
hundred and three, and the like sum of twenty-five hundred
dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and four.
11. To the St. Vincent's Infant Asylum of Baltimore City,
the sum of tive thousand dollars for the fiscal year nineteen
hundred and three, and the like sum of five thousand dollars
for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and four.
12. To the Baltimore Manual Labor School, the sum of
three thousand dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred
and three, and the like sum of three thousand dollars for the
fiscal year nineteen hundred and four.
13. To the Board of Managers of the House of Incurables
in Baltimore City, the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars for
the fiscal year nineteen hundred and three, and the like sum of
twenty-five hundred dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hun-

14. To the Lying-in-Hospital for Indigent Women, the sum
of three thousand dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred
and three, and the like sum of three thousand dollars for the
fiscal year nineteen hundred and four.
15. To the Industrial Home for Colored Girls, the sum of
three thousand and five hundred dollars for the fiscal year
nineteen hundred and three, and the like sum of three thou-
sand and five hundred dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hun-
dred and four.
16. To the Maryland Institute for the Promotion of
Mechanic Arts, the sum of eight thousand dollars for the fiscal
year nineteen hundred and three, and the like sum of eight
thousand dollars for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and four;
provided, one free scholar be received from each county of
the State, and one from each legislative district of Baltimore
city, to be selected by the school commissioners of the coun-
ties and Baltimore city, respectively.
17. To the Home of the Friendless of Baltimore City, the
sum of three thousand dollars for the fiscal year nineteen
hundred and three, and the like sum of three thousand dollars
for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and four.
