CHAPTER 474.
AN ACT to repeal section 92 of Article 5 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Appeals and
Errors," sub-title "Appeals from Justices of the Peace," so
far as the same is applicable to Frederick county, provided
the appellant shall have given bond as provided by sectiou
89 of said Article 5.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section ninety -two of Article 5 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Appeals and
Errors," sub-title "Appeals from Justices of the Peace," be
and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same is appli-
cable to Frederick county, and that said section shall not
hereafter be in force or have effect in Frederick county, pro-
vided the appellant shall have given a sufficient bond as pro-
vided by section 89 of said Article 5.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 475.
AN ACT to repeal Sections ten and eleven of Article forty-
three of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Health,"
and re-enact the same with amendments, and to add an addi-
tional Section to said Article, to follow Section eleven, and
to be known as Section eleven A.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections ten and eleven of Article forty-three
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Health," be and
the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
and that an additional section to said Article is hereby added,
to come after section eleven, to be known as "Section 11 A,"
so as to read as follows :
Section 10. Such Local Boards of Health shall each appoint
in the month of May succeeding the passage of this Act, and
