of all lawful descriptions, and accurately defining their duties,
powers and obligations, with appropriate details regulating the
general method of conducting their operations, the remedies
for abuse, measure and increase of their corporate powers and
the methods for dissolving them and for the service of legal
process against them, and embodying all provisions proper for
a complete system of incorporation law.

CHAPTER 447.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments certain Sec-
tions of the Code of Public Local Laws, Article six, title
"Caroline County," sub-title "Denton," and to add two
new and additional Sections thereto.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections seventy-four, seventy-five, seveuty-
six, eighty-two, eighty-four, eighty-eight, ninety-nine and
one hundred and four of Article six of the Public Local
Laws, title "Caroline County," sub-title "Denton," be and
the same hereby are repealed and re-enacted, and two new
sections added thereto, to follow section one hundred and four,
and to be numbered sections 104 F and 104 G, so as to read,
respectively, as follows :

Boundaries
and limits
|
74. That the boundaries and limits of the said town shall
be as heretofore fixed, established and described as per plats
and surveys thereof recorded in the office of the clerk of
the Circuit Court for Caroline county, and also by the fol-
lowing metes and bounds, courses and distances, to wit:
Beginning at the end of the first line of the original survey
of the limits of said town, recorded in Liber T. R., number 1,
folio 526, and from thence runs south twenty-one and one-
quarter degrees west forty-two perches ; thence south sixty-
seven and one-half degrees east two hundred and thirty-
three and one-half perches ; thence north twenty-seven and
one-half degrees east one hundred and fifty-two perches to a
small ditch near the colored people's cemetery, crossing the
Queen Anne's railroad thirteen perches east of the tank house
on said railroad ; thence by and. with the several courses
and distances of the said ditch until it intersects Salisbury
branch ; thence with the stream of said branch until it reaches
Choptank river, and thence with the said river until it reaches
the beginning of the first line of the said original survey.
And the commissioners of Denton may hereafter enlarge and
extend the limits and bounds of said town in their dis-
