SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the County Commissioners
of Somerset county shall annually levy upon the assessable
property of said county a tax sufficient to pay the interest due
on the said bonds, and in the year 1922 they shall levy the
sum of $500 to meet the first maturing bond issued, that is to
say, the $500 maturing in the year 1923, and annually there-
after the said County Commissioners shall levy upon said
assessable property $500 until the maturity of the last bond
hereby authorized to be issued, and said levy shall be desig-
nated as "The Revenue for the bonded indebtedness of 1902."

CHAP. 33.

Tax to be
levied.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the proceeds arising from
the sale of the aforementioned bonds shall be paid over as
soon as realized by the County Commissioners, in the first place
to the various creditors of said county, for debts due by the
County Commissioners for the said year of 1896, and the
entire balance to the Board of School Commissioners of
Somerset county, to be by said Board of School Commissioners
applied to the liquidation of the indebtedness of said board,
and to the maintenance and support of the public schools of
Somerset county, for the year 1902.

Creditors to
be paid.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the clerk of the Board of
County Commissioners shall register said bonds when they are
sold, showing to whom sold and what price was obtained
therefor, the date of the bonds so respectively sold, and shall
make a note upon the books of the office of said County
Commissioners, of all bonds paid at their respective maturity
at the time that the same is paid.
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 33.
AN ACT to incorporate the Saengerfest Association of
Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Leopold H. Wieman, Peter J. Campbell,
Richard C. Saudloss, Frederick H. Gottlieb, Herman H.
Bedenhoop, John T. Morris, Frederick Scheldt, Karl M.

Bonds to be
registered.

Scholtz, Stephen Stiemuller, Frank C. Wachter and Max E.
Walther, all of Baltimore city and State of Maryland, and
their association, successors and assigns be and they are
hereby created and made a body corporate under and by the
name and style of the Saengerfest Association of Baltimore
city, and by that name shall have perpetual succession and
shall be capable to sue and be sued, complain and defend in
