license of the licensee and the place wherein his business has
been conducted shall be suppressed for the period of two years.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall apply to the
entire corporate limits of Ellicott City; provided, all fees
paid for liquor licenses in that portion of the corporate limits
of Ellicott City lying within Baltimore county shall be paid
to the clerk of the Court of Baltimore county, to be applied
as directed in section 16 of chapter 334 of the Public Local
Laws regulating liquor licenses in Baltimore county, passed at
the January Session of 1890, and said Act shall remain in
full force and effect in the corporate limits of Ellicott City
lying in Baltimore county.

CHAPTER 250.
AN ACT to appropriate the sum of one thousand dollars
($1,000) for the year 1902, and the sum of one thousand
dollars ($1,000) for the year 1903, to the National Junior
Republic.

SECTION 1.Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) be
and the same is hereby appropriated to the National Junior
Republic for the year nineteen hundred and two (1902), and
the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) be and the same is
hereby appropriated to the National Junior Republic for the
year nineteen hundred and three (1903).

Disburse-
ment.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the
State of Maryland shall, on the warrant of the Comptroller,
disburse the said sums of money herein appropriated for the
National Junior Republic to or upon the order of the said the
National Junior Republic.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 251.
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the grants to the vestry of Port
Tobacco Parrish of three separate lots of land, all situated
in Charles County, by three several and separate deeds,
made respectively by Robert F. Chapman, Robert F. Chap-
man and Ann L. Chapman, his wife, and Sidney E. Mudd
and Mary Ida Mudd, his wife.
