from fruit grown therein, in quantities not less than one gallon,
by the grower or growers of such fruit, upon the premises
where the said fruit was grown ; provided, that nothing herein
contained shall be construed to affect any prosecution now
depending violations of the existing laws of this State or for
offenses against the same committed before the passage of this
Act.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from and after the first day of May, nineteen hundred and two.

CHAPTER 192.
AN ACT to amend the certificate of incorporation of "The
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Havre de
Grace," dated November 7, 1857, and recorded amongst the
chattel records of Harford county, in Liber A. L. G. No. 2,
folio 62, as amended by a certificate dated September 16,
1870, and recorded in Liber A. L. G. No. 1, folio 62, one of
the corporation records of said county, to change the name
of said corporation and to enlarge its powers.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the certificate of incorporation of "The
Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Havre de
Grace," dated November 7, 1857, and recorded amongst the
chattel records of Harford county, in Liber A. L. G. No. 2,
folio 62, as amended by a certificate dated September 16, 1870,
and recorded in Liber A. L. G. No. 1, folio 62, one of the
corporation records of said county, be and the same is hereby
amended and shall be as hereinafter set forth, and the name of
said corporation, after the passage of this Act and its accept-
ance, as hereinafter provided, shall be "The Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Havre de Grace."
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the board of trustees of

said church shall consist of nine members, all over twenty-one
years of age, two of whom may be women, and two-thirds
of whom shall be members of the said Methodist Episcopal
Church. They shall each hold office for three years or until
their successors are elected or qualified, and shall be elected
by the holding members of the board of trustees from a list
of five eligibles nominated to the said holding members of
said board by the members of said church at a congregational
meeting to be held for that purpose, notice of which meeting
shall be given from the pulpit of said church on the morning
of the Sabbath preceding said meeting, and all the members
