CHAP. 190.

Surplus
revenues to
be applied.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose of
carrying out and performing the duty imposed by the first
and second sections of this Act, the clerk of the Superior
Court of Baltimore City shall apply the surplus revenues of
his office.

CHAPTER 190.
AN ACT to repeal Sections two hundred and seven and two
hundred and eight, two hundred and nine, two hundred
and ten, two hundred and eleven, two hundred and twelve
and two hundred and thirteen of Article ten of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title " Dorchester County," sub-
title " Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks," in so far as said
Sections apply to Vienna Election District or Election
District No. Three of Dorchester County, and to add a
sub-Section to come in after Section two hundred and
thirteen of said Article, under said title and sub-title, the
said sub-Section to be applicable to said Vienna Election
District or Election District No. Three of said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repeal
and re-enact

Maryland, That section two hundred and seven, two hundred
and eight, two hundred and nine, two hundred and ten, two
hundred and eleven, two hundred and twelve, two hundred
and thirteen of Article ten of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title " Dorchester County," sub-title " Liquors and
Intoxicating Drinks," in so far as the same apply to Vienna
Election District or Election District No. Three of Dorchester
county be and the same are hereby repealed, and that the
following sub-section to come in after section two hundred and
thirteen of said Article, and under said title and sub-title, and
to read as hereinafter set forth, be and the same is hereby
enacted ; the same to be applicable to said Vienna Election
District or Election District No. Three.

Unlawful to
sell or give
away liquors
etc.

Sub-Section D. It shall be unlawful for any person or
persons, firm or corporation, directly or indirectly, to sell or
otherwise dispose of by way of barter within Vienna Election
District or Election District No. Three of Dorchester county,
any spirituous, vinous, malt, fermented or other intoxicating
liquors or cider of any kind, medicated bitters or any com-
pound of which alcohol is a chief or principal ingredient, and
it shall also be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or
corporation within said Vienna Election District or Election
