CHAP 132.

CHAPTER 132.
AN ACT to appropriate annually a sum of money for the
support of the Jarrettsville Academy in Harford County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the warrant of the

Appropria-
tion.

Comptroller, shall on the first day of July in the year nine-
teen hundred and two, and on the same day annually there-
after, pay to the board of trustees of the Jarrettsville Academy
in Harford county, and his successor in office, the sum of three
hundred dollars, to be applied by said trustees to the purpose
of education in said academy.
Approved March 29, 1902.

CHAPTER 133.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
20 and 21 of Article 33 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Elections," sub-title "Registration," and to add
a new Section to said Article to come in after Section 25 A,
and to be known as Section 25 B, relating to the registra-
tion of persons removing into this State from other States,
district or territory, and to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Section 42 of said Article, sub-title "Nomina-
tions," and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
50 and 52 of said Article, sub-title "Ballots and Ballot-
Boxes," and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
133 of said Article, sub-title "Contested Election."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 20 and 21 of Article 33 of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Elections," sub-title "Registra-
tion," be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted

with amendments, and that a new section be and the same is
"hereby added to said Article, sub-title "Registration," to come
in after section 25 A, and to be known as section 25 B, and
that section 42 of said Article, sub title "Nominations," be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments, and that sections 50 and 52 of said Article, sub-title
"Ballots and Ballot-Boxes." be and the same are hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments, and that section
133 of said Article, sub title "Contested Elections," be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
and that said repealed and re-enacted sections 20 and 21 and
said new section 25s, and said repealed and re-enacted
sections 42, 50, 52 and 133 shall severally read as follows :
