325. All town funds received from any source whatsoever
shall be expended under the order of the commissioners of
said town for the improvement of the streets and roads within
the corporate limits of said town, and for such other purposes
as said commissioners may deem beneficial to the town and the
inhabitants thereof.

CHAP 124.

How
expended.

326. Neglect or non use shall not work a forfeiture of this
charter.

Forfeiture.

327. All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent with any of
the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207,
208, 209, 209 A, 209 B, 209 C, and 209 D of Article number
one of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany
County," sub-title "Mine Inspector," as the same were
enacted by Chapter thirty-four of the Act of 1898, and to
re-enact the same under the title, "Mining and Mine
Inspector," said Sections as hereby re-enacted and amended,
to be known as Sections 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202,
203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 209 A, 209 B, 209 C, 209 D,
209 B, 209 F, 209 G, 209 H, 209 I, 209 J, 209 K, 209 L, 209 M,
209 N, 209 O, 209 p and 209 Q, and to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 150 to 164 C, all inclusive, of
Article number twelve of the Public Local Laws, title
"Garrett County," sub-title "Manufactures and Mines," as
the same were enacted by chapter thirty-four of the Acts
of 1898, and to add new sections and re-enact and amend
the same by enacting the following sections in lieu thereof,
to wit: Sections 150, 151, 152,153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158,
159,, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 164 A, 164 B, 164 e, 164D,
164 E, 164 F, 164 G, 164 H, 1(541, 164 j, 164 K, 164 L, 164 M,
164 N, 164 o and 164 P.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections 196, 197, 198, 191), 200, 201, 202,
203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 209 A, 209 B, 209 e, 209 D of
