recorded among the Land Records aforesaid, in Liber J. B. No.
1398, folio 137, etc., and to declare the sanction and consent of the
General Assembly of Maryland to the holding of said property
and premises by the said Vestry of St. Peter's Church as aforesaid,
and by the said Vestry of Henshaw Memorial Church as aforesaid,
during the time the property described in said conveyances was so
held by them, the said corporations, under and by virtue of said
