road Company to change the northern terminus of its railroad
from the present point on the boundary line between this State
and the State of Delaware to the point of intersection with the

tinue operation of and abandon the small portion of its railroad
between said points ; and to lease or sell and convey, either or
both, the remainder of its railroad and property and franchises
exercisible in connection therewith to the Del aware Railroad Com-
pany ; and to authorize the Delaware Railroad C.ompany to become

lessee or purchaser thereof.......................................

land, title "Talbot County," sub-title "Liquors and Intoxicating
