No. 12. An Act to provide for the refunding at a rate of interest not
higher than four percentum per annum of certain bonds of
Dorchester County, issued in pursuance of the authority contained
in Chapter eighty-two of the Acts passed at the January Session,
eighteen hundred and ninety-two as amended by Chapter three
hundred and forty-three of the Acts passed at the January Session,
eighteen hundred and ninety-four, and to authorize the County
Commissioners of Dorchester County to borrow money on the
credit of said county for the purpose of redeeming said bonds,
and to give their bonds or bills ob.igatory for the payment of the
same, and to levy taxes on the assessable property of said county
to pay the interest on said bonds or bills obligatory and to redeem

No. 13. An Act to repeal Section one hundred and ninety-three of
Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
''Queen Anne's County," sub-title ''Liquors and Intoxicating
Drinks," as amended by Chapter 348, Acts of 1896, and to re-enact
the same with amendments, aud to add additional sections to said
Article 18, to follow Section 198, and to be designated as Sections
193 A, 193 B, 193 C, 193 D, 193 E, relating to the sale of spirituous,
fermented or intoxicating liquors, cider and alcoholic bitters in

No. 14. An Act to repeal Chapter 88 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1900, entitled an
Act to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Montgomery County," sub-title "Roads," to follow
Section one hundred and seventy six and to be designated as

No. 15. An Act to authorize and empower the Mayor and Aldermen
of Frederick to issue bonds bearing interest at a rate not exceed-
ing three and one-half per cent, per annum to obtain money to
redeem five hundred and twelve thousand five hundred dollars of
bonds bearing interest at four percentum per annum, issued by
said Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick under the Acts of the
Genera] Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of eighteen
hundred and eighty-eight, Chapter forty-four and Chapter one
hundred and ninety-five, which issue of bonds will become redeem-
able and may be paid by said Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick at
any time after the first day of July in the year nineteen hundred
and three, and to authorize and empower said Mayor and Alder--
men of Frederick to levy and collect the necessary taxes for the
payment of the bonds hereby authorized to be issued, and the
