Ninety-first. To the sale and grant by William Hamilton to
the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Han-
over Street Station, in the city of Baltimore, of certain lease-
hold property at the northeast corner of Hamburg and Han-
over streets in Baltimore city, fully described in deed of
assignment from said William Hamilton to said body corpo-
rate dated the thirteenth day of February, eighteen hundred
and sixty-four, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more city, in Liber A. M. No. 245, folio 443.

Ninety -second. To the sale and grant by William T. Ilgen-
fritz and George W. Laucht to the Saint James Evangelical
Lutheran Congregation of Baltimore city, of the leasehold
property at the northeast corner of Hamburg and Hanover
streets, in Baltimore city, fully described in a deed of assign-
ment from the grantors to said body corporate, dated the nine-
teenth day of September, eighteen hundred and ninety-four,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city, in
Liber J. B. No. 1521, folio 102, &c., and to the acquisi-
tion by the said Saint James Evangelical Lutheran Con-
gregation of Baltimore city, at any time hereafter, whether by
gift, grant or otherwise of the fee simple title, to the lot or
parcel of ground described in the deed hereinbefore referred
to.

Ninety third. To the grant and lease from Alexander
Butcher of certain property situated in the city of Baltimore
on the north side of Madison street, at the distance of one
hundred feet easterly, from Park avenue, and more particularly
described in a sublease from Alexander Butcher to the
Trustees of Madison Street Presbyterian Church of Baltimore,
a body corporate, dated the 15th day of May, 1848, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city, in Liber
A. W. B. No. 427, folio 533, &c.

Ninety-fourth. To the sale by the trustees of the Sharp Street
Station of the Methodist Episcopal Church, in the city of Balti-
more, a body corporate, of a lot of ground on the west side of
Patterson Park avenue, in the city of Baltimore, fully described
in a deed from said body corporate, dated the twenty-seventh
day of February, eighteen hundred and ninety-six, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber R. O., No.
1605, folio 381, &c., to the John F. Wiessner and Sons Brew-
ing Company of Baltimore city, a body corporate.

Ninety fifth. To the deed of a lot of ground on the west
side of Harford avenue, in the city of Baltimore from Sarah
