Where this
act not to
apply.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That the provisions of this act
shall not apply to any parts of an election district of said
county wherein the sale of liquor or fermented spirits is now
prohibited by law.

Effective.
|
SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 462.
AN ACT to prohibit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors
or lager beer at "Fountain Mills," or within two miles of
said village in Frederick County, Maryland.

Where unlaw-
ful to sell
liquor.
|
SECTION 1. Be It enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for the Clerk of Circuit Court
for Frederick county, Maryland, to issue a license to any per-
son or persons to sell spirituous or fermented liquors or lager
beer at "Fountain Mills," or within two miles of said village
in Election District number 9 in said county.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 463.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 135, 137 of Article 8, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil
County," sub-title "Elkton,"and also Sections 134 B, 146 and
153, of Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-title "Elkton," as
amended by Chapter 623 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1890, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Repeal.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 135 and 137 of Article 8, of the Code of
