CHAPTER 455.
AN ACT to refund to the Arundel Building Company of
Baltimore city, a certain sum of money erroneously paid
into the State Treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury, be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the
treasurer, in favor of the Arundel Building Company of Bal-
timore city, for the sum of thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents,
being the amount erroneously paid into the State Treasury, as
a bonus tax upon the increase of the capital stock of said
company.

CHAPTER 456.
AN ACT to appropriate certain sums of money to the sup-
port of sundry schools and charitable institutions in the
State of Maryland, for each of the two fiscal years ending
on the thirtieth day of September, eighteen hundred and
ninety-seven, and on the thirtieth day of September, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-eight, respectively.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sums of money hereinafter named, be and they
are hereby appropriated to the support of the hereinafter men-
tioned schools and charitable institutions in the State, for each
of the two fiscal years ending on the thirtieth day of Septem-
ber, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, and on the thirtieth day
of September, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, respectively,
to wit :
