CHAPTER 247.
AN ACT to appropriate a certain sum of money to pay the
claim of The Campbell and Zell Company of Baltimore
city, for work done at the State House at Annapolis, con-
sisting of furnishing, delivering and erecting complete, two
Zell improved water tube safety boilers of seventy horse
power each, placed under the Comptroller's office, and for
doing all brickwork and masonry therefor, and for furnish-
ing all the materials, piping, etc., and connections used
therewith.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer of the State,
for the sum of seven thousand seven hundred and ninety-eight
dollars and sixty-two cents ($7,798.62), in favor of The Camp-
bell and Zell Company of Baltimore city, for work done at the
State House at Annapolis, consisting of furnishing, delivering
and erecting complete, two Zell improved water-tube safety
boilers of seventy horse power each, placed under the Comp-
troller's office, and for doing all brickwork and masonry there-
for, and for furnishing all the materials, piping, etc., and con-
nections used therewith.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 248.
AN ACT to amend an Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January Session, eighteen hundred
and ninety-four, chapter two hundred and twenty-
seven, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Baltimore and
Loreley Railway Company," so that the corporate name and
title of said corporation shall hereafter be "Baltimore, Gar-
densville and Bel Air Electric Railway Company."
