No. 388—Thomas L. Collins vs. John F. Luthy, Jr., and wife —
Dorchester County. Hearing held on November 18,
1969. Case was continued to allow parties to exchange
deeds, etc., and to file an amended plat and metes and
bounds description. A hearing date was set for March
31, 1970 — postponed until a later date.

No. 389—Mrs. Priscilla M. Dyson vs. Maryland National Capital
Park and Planning Commission. Declaration of Termi-
nation sent on August 26, 1969, advising that Applica-
tion had been abandoned. No hearing held.

No. 390—Rockville Crushed Stone, Inc. vs. Montgomery County,
Maryland. Hearing held April 14, 1970. At request of
both attorneys, a continuance was granted, to be held
on May 12, 1970. Hearing held and attorneys agreed
that an amended Survey would be filed within 90 days
and Patent would issue to Montgomery County, a
municipal corporation of the State of Maryland.

No. 391—Maryland National Park and Planning Commission
vs. Green, Aaron, Feuering, Joint Venture and Weaver
Bros. Inc. Hearing date set for April 28, 1970. At
request of Attorney for Green, Aaron et al. for con-
tinuance of hearing was granted.

No. 392—William J. and Bertha A. Harris vs. Frederick F.
Brown, Jr., Prince George's County. Hearing held on
May 12, 1970 and all parties agreed that an amended
Survey would be filed, and a portion of the land applied
for would be Patented to Frederick F. Brown, Jr.

No. 393—A. Earl Wyatt et al. vs. Warner Foraker. Hearing to
be held August 11, 1970.
