STAFF NOTES

Program 1

Anna W. Hantske, who had been the Account Clerk for the Hall
of Records since 1963, resigned August 20, 1968, to move out-of-
state. She was replaced by Stephanie J. Hubbard.

Judith W. Eucare having taken maternity leave was temporarily
replaced by Jennifer S. Riggio, May to August 1969-

Program 2

Barbara S. Lambden was promoted from Secretary I to Secretary II
on April 2, 1969.

Reginald McHenry was employed on September 18, 1968 to
replace William E. Mays, who resigned August 28, 1968 to pursue
his academic studies at Morgan State College.

Charles W. White was transferred from Program 3 to Program 2,
and promoted to the position of Photographer I, replacing Ronald C.
Saddler, who had been an employee of the Hall of Records since
1962—Mr. Saddler transferred to the Income Tax Division of the
Comptroller's Office.

Susan C. Wharran resigned as Clerk-Typist II on August 9, 1968,
and was replaced by Barbara A. Hartge. Mrs. Hartge resigned in turn
on January 24, 1969 and her replacement was Regina M. Barnes. Miss
Barnes resigned on May 23, 1969 and was replaced by Patricia E.
Alien. This position every year is subject to kaleidoscopic changes,
primarily because of the low salary assigned to it.

Program 3

When Charles W. White was transferred from Program 3 to
Program 2 his position of Clerk III in Records Management was filled
by Sunhild D. Darden, formerly Clerk I in the same program.

The vacancy created by Mrs. Darden's promotion from the posi-
tion of Clerk I was filled by David L. Brown on October 16, 1968.

Susie R. Donaldson who was for many years an employee of the
Commissioner of the Land Office was promoted from Clerk-Typist I
to Clerk II on the same day.
