LIBRARY

During the past year, we added 158 titles to our library. This
figure represents a new high in acquisitions in recent years, and sur-
passes the next highest year (1962-1963) by about twenty titles.

As has been customary, we received our new additions through
the usual sources of gift, purchase, exchange, subscription and deposit.
By far, the majority of our accessions came by way of gifts. Noteworthy
in this category are the donations by Oden Bowie in memory of his
grandfather Governor Oden Bowie and by James McAllister, who
