There was no meeting of the Hall of Records Commission during
fiscal year 1965.

There were two changes in the roster of the Commission. Judge
Brune having reached the statutory retirement age was replaced as
Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals by Judge Stedman Prescott. How-
ever Judge Brune remains a member of the Commission by reason of
his election to the Presidency of the Maryland Historical Society. Senator
George L. Radcliffe, the senior member of this commission, was un-
fortunately lost to it. Senator Radcliffe was made President of the
Council of the Society, relinquishing the post of President of die
Society which he had held for thirty years.
