ACCESSIONS

The past year witnessed a considerable increase in the quantity of records
added to our archival collections. One of the factors in this increase is the
mounting need for space, created by rapid accumulation of modern records
in the courthouses of Maryland. It is gratifying to note that record officers,
confronted with this problem, are now turning to us for advice and guidance,
