MAGRUDER, ESTATE OF PETER HAGNER, (1) Commission of Jos-
eph Hopper Nicholson as Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial
District, March 26, 1806. (2) Broadside regarding "A Fur-
ther supplement to the act, entitled, An act for regulating
the mode of staying executions, and repealing the acts of
assembly therein mentioned, and for other purposes."
Printed by virtue of an order of the House of Delegates
dated Dec. 12, 1808. (3) Broadside regarding "A Further
supplement to an act, entitled, An act for regulating the
mode of staying executions, and repealing the acts of as-
sembly therein mentioned", printed by virtue of a resolu-
tion of the House of Delegates dated Dec. 25, 1808. (4)
Transcripts of Court of Appeals cases and notes made by
Judge Nicholson to be used in writing his opinions, 1808.
