The largest number of researchers who came to the Hall of
Records were from Maryland, the number was 690. Following in
order came the District of Columbia with 97, Pennsylvania with 39,
New York with 32, and Virginia with 31. Altogether searchers
came from thirty-two States, the District of Columbia, Hawaii,
