Advertised in the Baltimore American, Dec. 21, 1804,
as "Just Published, price 25 cents, And for Sale at Fry-
er & Clarkis Printing Office ... The Life & Military
Achievements of Toussaint Loverture." With the excep-
tion of the spelling of "Toussaint" and the omission of
"his successor11 before "General Rochambeau" the adver-
tisement is identical with the transcription of the t.p.
above.

house, to be delivered daily, cormmencing with the pro-
ceedings of this day,"—House V. & P., Nov. sess. 1804,
p. 38 (Dec. 4).
Probably included in the items covered by the debit
to Frederick Green in House Jour, of Accts. (in Hall of
Records, Annapolis), Nov. sess. 1804, fol. 48, which
reads: "For sundry services as printer, as pr account
filed." No vouchers exist, itemized or otherwise, to
