Advertised in the Frederick Republican Advocate, July
22, 1803, as "For sale at this office." Binns adver-
tised on Aug. 5, 1803, that he intended publishing short-
ly a new edition; "as also sundry Certificates, respect-
Ing the former and present situation of his farm. He
will also have the Additions , &c which will be annexed
to the new edition, printed separately, for the benefit
of those who may have purchased the former edition." At
the end of the PPAmP copy is bound material (13-22 p.,
slg. B6(B6 blank)) which consists mainly of these "Cer-
tificates".
