1806, as "This Evening ... will be sold, at No. 192,
Market-street ... A large assortment of books ... Cata-
logues may be had at the place of sale;" and on Sept. 4,
1806, as "The sale will be continued every Tuesday,
Thursday and Saturday, until the catalogue is gone
through."
"William Patton, bookseller and stationer" was listed
in the 1804 Baltimore directory at 229 1/2 Baltimore
[i.e. Market., Street.
