Proposals, for publishing, by Subscription, a work,
now preparing by John Kilty, Register of the Land-Office
for the Western Shore of the State of Maryland, to be
entitled, The Landholder's Assistant, and Land-Office
Guide, [short thick-thin rule] Being an Exposition of
Original Titles, as derived from the Proprietary Govern-
ment, and more recently from the State of Maryland; de-
signed to explain the manner in which those Titles have
been, or may be, acquired and completed. [short thin-

John Kilty. We, the Subscribers, promise respectively
to pay to John Kilty, or his assigns, the sum of Five
Dollars, (for each copy subscribed by us,) on delivery
