text, containing 12 rules for governing the school]
[Baltimore? Printed by Warner & Hanna? 1800]
broadside. 34 1/2 x 22 cm.
The school was opened June 23, 1800, under the
direction of six women trustees, whose names appear
in manuscript on the MdHi copy, and who served
until 1802. Since this broadside is a plan for
the conduct of the school, it necessarily must
have been issued about the time of opening in
1800. - cf. A brief account of the Female humane
association charity school.
