Announced in the American of August 14, 1799:
"To compensate my subscribers for the deficiency
in size of the American I shall in future,
once a week, present them with a literary paper,
gratis, to be printed on a quarto size, and the
Lest paper, to be published every Monday, to be
entitled 'The Honey comb'."
Probably not issued until August 28, 1799 (cf.
American, Aug. 19 and 27, 1799)
The American was enlarged on or before November
25, 1797; the Honey comb was probably not published
