Referred to on page 160 of Thomas W. Griffith's
Annals of Baltimore: "1797 ... Mr. George Keatinpce
published a small plan of the city."
John Galland was- an engraver in Philadelphia,
1796-1817, according to D.McN. Stauffer's American
engravers upon copper and steel, pt. 1, D. 94.
Keatinge's Plan of Baltimore is not included in
the list of Galland!s works, pt. 2, p. 173.

1797./ Abstract of the act passed at the last
session of Congress, "repealing in part, the act
concerning the duties on spirits distilled within
the United States,' passed the 8th day of May,

ties of stills of a particular description." /
