articles of / intelligence, advertisements, &c. for
this paper, are gratefully received. // [1794]

folio. 41 cm.
Only issue located for 1794, that of February 5,
number 3, is printed on a half sheet, on one side,
three columns to a page; but carries the notice:
"The Rights of man will, in a few days, be printed
on a whole sheet - price fourteen shillings per
annum--and appear on the morning of every Wednesday,"
Issued weekly.
Before April 28, 1794, Winter had taken John D.
Gary into partnership. The imprint was doubtless
changed to include both names.

locates no copy. Title probably from an advertise-
ment and it is possible that this edition was never
issued, as the authorized edition [Vail 186] was
for sale by J, Rice 3t eo. of Baltimore the same
