The remainder of Dorchester county, So-

merset and Worcester counties, the ninth dis-

trict.

Each of the said districts to elect one per-

son being a resident of the said district, ex-

cept the third and fourth districts, which shall

each be entitled to elect two electors residents

of the respective districts, as an elector or e-

lectors for choosing a president and vice pre-

sident of the United States.

The next election of representatives in Con-

gress shall be on the first Monday of October

1829, and on the same day in every second

year thereafter, , unless a special meeting of

congress be called, in which case the governor

by proclamation to direct an election, &c
